I would like to pledge that.....
 I would like to pledge that I will bring discipline to my food habits and thought process to improve my mental, physical and spiritual health by doing the following, for minimum 9 days, (Preferably during Navratris - 30th Mar 2025 - 7th Apr 2025 And/Or 22nd Sep 2025 - 1st Oct 2025, And/Or any 9 or more number of days)-
Conscious Eating: Eat only once a day (preferably Millet based or Satvik food).
Mindfulness/Yoga: Meditate for nine minutes, keep nine minutes of silence, (Moun) and practice 9 minutes of Yoga asanas.
Caring Time: Spend at least 9 minutes daily with your mother or a motherly figure.
Nurture nature: Take care of a plant or tree, or plant a new tree.
Digital Detox: Stay away from digital screens for 90 minutes each day.
Inspire Others: Encourage 9 family members or friends to join this program.
